Privacy policy
Last updated [date]
This policy explains what information [Legal entity name] (“Mobingame”, “we”, “us”) collects when you play our games or visit mobingame.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to every game we publish under the Mobingame name.
Who we are
[Legal entity name], a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (business registration number [BR number]), [registered address]. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@mobingame.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Messages you send to support, including your email address and anything you attach.
- An in-game nickname, if the game has one.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system version, language, country, app version, and a device or advertising identifier.
- Gameplay data: levels reached, sessions, features used, crashes and errors.
- Purchase confirmations from Apple or Google. We never receive your card details — the store handles payment.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or date of birth, and we do not collect contacts, photos or precise location.
Why we use it
- To run the game, save your progress and restore purchases.
- To fix crashes and find out which parts of a game are confusing or broken.
- To show ads, including ads for our own games, and to measure whether those ads work.
- To answer your support messages.
- To detect cheating, fraud and abuse.
Advertising
Our games are free and are funded by advertising. Advertising partners may use a device advertising identifier to choose which ads to show you and to measure results. Depending on the game, our partners include [e.g. Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource]. Each partner has its own privacy policy, and we link to them inside the game's settings screen.
You can limit ad tracking at any time: on iOS, apps must ask before tracking you, and you can change your answer in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
Analytics and other services we use
We use a small set of third-party tools to operate our games. Depending on the title, these include [e.g. Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Unity]. They process the device and gameplay data described above on our behalf.
Children
[Choose one and delete the other.] Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. — Or: some of our games are designed for families; in those titles we disable personalised advertising and use only child-appropriate ad content, in line with the Google Play Families policy and Apple's Kids Category rules.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to privacy@mobingame.com and we will delete it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers named above, with Apple and Google for distribution and payments, and where the law requires it or to protect our rights and our players.
Where data is stored
Our providers store and process data on servers in [regions, e.g. the United States and the European Union]. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Gameplay and device data is kept for up to [e.g. 24 months]. Support conversations are kept for [e.g. 24 months] after the last message. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for advertising. Email privacy@mobingame.com with the game name and, if you have it, the player ID shown in the game's settings screen. We reply within 30 days. See how to delete your data for the direct route.
Security
We keep the amount of data we hold small, restrict who on the team can see it, and use encrypted connections between our games and the services they talk to. No system is perfect, but we will tell affected players and the relevant authority if a breach puts anyone at risk.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we show a notice inside the game the next time you open it.
